Text Box: Crystal Clear Concepts recently completed Leadership training of Six Sigma black belts, master black belts,  and selected managers and supervisors for the Lear Corporation in the US, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom and Germany.  As part of Lear’s continuous improvement program, the training covered team facilitation, leadership development and specific skill sets to manage and improve individual team member performance. The program, developed and facilitated by CCConcepts is a requirement for certification of all Lear Master black belts.

Finding Profit is the story of one job shop going Lean and increasing quality, productivity and profit. Crystal Clear Concepts’ Cynthia Guy tells the story, told in parable form, of John Macchia and his company, Advanced Turning and Manufacturing, Inc., as it struggled with re-inventing itself in a lean image. The book is co-authored by Ms. Guy, John Macchia and Don Tapping, author and producer of videos in lean manufacturing field.

Text Box: Crystal Clear Concepts will be introducing two new training programs for 2004. The first program is based on the work of people like John C, Maxwell and John P. Kotter in developing advanced leadership characteristics for top corporate executives and managers. Among other things, the program will examine Maxwell’s 21 irrefutable laws of leadership and Kotter’s action plan for leading change. The second program is an intense communication program based on the work of  Douglas Stone and other members of the Harvard Negotiation Project on how to have “Difficult Conversations”, with your boss, your employees, co-workers, kids, spouse or friends. It shows you a way out of the dilemma we often find ourselves in. It teaches you how to handle even the toughest conversations more effectively with less anxiety.
